Painting Work That Starts With an Honest Scope
R&F Painting is a residential and commercial painting contractor based in Elk Grove, California. We work directly with homeowners and business owners in Elk Grove and across Sacramento County to plan and complete painting projects that look great and hold up.
Who We Are
R&F Painting serves homeowners and businesses in Elk Grove, Sacramento, and surrounding communities with interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, staining, and specialty finishes.
Our approach is straightforward: before anything gets painted, you understand what the project involves, what affects the price, how long the work takes, and what you need to do (or avoid) during and after the dry time.
We serve a local market and we know the sun exposure, heat, and surface conditions that affect painting work in Sacramento County. That context matters for how projects are prepped, timed, and finished.
Why Transparency Matters in Painting Work
Most paint failures homeowners encounter — peeling, blistering, poor adhesion, or surprise charges — trace back to something that was not explained clearly before the work began.
Either the surface prep required was not scoped honestly, the right primer was skipped, the dry time was not communicated, or the homeowner was not told about what would change the price midway through.
R&F Painting addresses all of that in the estimate phase. By the time you approve any work, you know exactly what is involved, what could adjust the price, and what the full timeline looks like from start to a fully cured, move-in-ready finish.
